Strained Relationships
"I'm not Good Enough!"
You over-work to try to prove your worth and you hold yourself back from promotions because you think you'll fail.
Then you're asked to do a presentation...public speaking?! No thanks... am I right?
Your Health is Suffering
You seem to catch everything that's doing the rounds.
Headaches and migraines are normal now.
You have flaky skin that's flaring up - psoriasis.
You have a "nervous tummy" and digestive irregularities.
Act now before they develop into strokes, heart attacks and worse...
Be Carefree!
You know your strengths and are comfortable with the idea of not knowing everything
You are no longer afraid to put yourself out there because if you fail, it's actually OK - you'll learn from that experience and become an even better version of yourself!
You are resilient and you let go of the things outside of your control.
Feel Lighter!
Your chest is no longer tight - that elastic band that has been tied around your chest with someone constantly pulling it behind your back has been released
Your stomach is no longer a mess - no more running to the bathroom when a challenge appears.
You are in control of what you can control.
Rule Your Life!
Your phone rings with an unknown number (or even someone who would previously have filled you with dread!) and you answer knowing you can handle anything that's thrown at you
In creating this programme, I didn't want you to feel that you were all on your own for purchasing the online version of the programme.
You will become a member of my private Facebook group created specifically for this program.
I want to remind you that you don't have to bear the weight of your anxieties in isolation.
The journey towards overcoming anxiety is never straight forward, and it's all too easy to feel alone when you hit those valleys or plateaus - but you also want to share your successes and I want to share them with you too!
But here, even with the online programme, we are developing a supportive community, where you'll find a safe space to share your fears, your worries, and your triumphs.
Our collective experiences and compassionate camaraderie will become your guiding light through even the darkest of times.
I understand that anxiety can be an overwhelming, sometimes debilitating force.
But together, we'll not only uncover the tools and techniques to manage it but also discover the immense strength within yourself.
The power of community, understanding, and shared resilience is the driving force behind this course.
You're not alone on this journey; you will have an entire tribe standing beside you, ready to guide you toward a life filled with balance, fulfilment, and success.

I've Been Where You Are
I was so proud the day I got the call that I was going to be working for the NHS.
Being able to help so many people across a multitude of services has been rewarding, difficult at times but always truly inspiring.
It’s no secret that the NHS has been facing challenges.
None more so than those working within it.
Throughout the pandemic whilst working on the frontline wards I began to feel those tell-tale signs of anxiety, over-whelm and burnout, like many of my colleagues.
The anxiety of being redeployed to a ward where I didn't know any of my colleagues
The knot in my stomach when I realised that there was no PPE on those first few shifts
My stomach in bits whenever "confirmed case needs isolation" was announced
The sleepless nights wondering if I should stay in a hotel and away from my pregnant sister
The constant uncertainty of not knowing where I would be working from day-to-day
The psoriasis manifestation that started to appear on my arms
I thought to myself “there has to be a way I can still do what I love but without all these pressures”.
I was constantly stressed, angry that upper management and some members of my team were somehow deserving of working from home and angry that life had placed me in the forefront of this terrifying unknown.
I think I hid it well...or I thought I did
I was overwhelmed easily.
I was uncertain about if I'd ever get to return to the job I loved.
Like so many, I was anxious about the routine mundane tasks of going shopping and developed social anxiety when things got back to "normal".
All that anxiety wrecked my body.
I was finding myself with daily tension headaches, waking with nervous energy, and I started to catch everything going.
When faced with challenges I found myself backing away and waiting for others to step in.
I was afraid to put myself out there and I spent more of my time trying to please everyone else – even when it made me miserable.
When I emailed the manager of the ward I had been redeployed to, to inform them that I was asked to return to my substantive post they replied with a demeaning response stating that I had "hardly ever turned up for shifts", they had "assumed that you had left months ago" and they would be "reporting as such back to your manager".
My stomach dropped instantly.
Would my manager really believe this person who had worked from home the entire time?
Of course they would right....who would believe me over a manager! Why was this manager so dismissive of my efforts? I was helping them out! I had done good work. Why wasn't that valued?
What had I done wrong?
I had signed in everyday...hadn't I? I mean I had to but maybe for some reason they had lost the log sheets and no one would believe me? But the staff would remember me wouldn't they? But they wouldn't go against their manager to back me up, would they?
Why didn't they like me?
Had I been rude to them? I must have done something wrong. Time to mentally retrace the past 9 months for any conversation or interaction I messed up and berate myself for not acting differently.
I became obsessed with what other people thought of me, always needing their validation to prove that I was good enough.
It was only when I returned to my normal job that I knew things had changed and that I was stuck.
So what do we all do when we can’t find the answer… Google!
I dove into research and completed my Life Coaching certification.
It was everything I love about work but with the added freedom to work with motivated, driven, action takers like you.
I created the RISE framework and the Renewed Serenity programme to help people who are stuck with Anxiety, just like I was.
I've been there, I've done the research, I've created the framework and the programme, so that all you have to do......is sign up
Finding Your Why
Many people are comfortable with being comfortable. We only change when our desire for change is greater than our desire for things to stay the same.
So....why now?

So who am I and why the heck should you listen to me?!
I'm Catherine!
That's me over there looking rather fetching in my PPE gear on the ward during the pandemic, at my sister's wedding and a cute little throw back to one of my primary school sibling pics - cue the "awwww"
I come fully equipped with a background of academic achievements including a BSc in Psychology with Criminology and a MSc in Psychological Well-being and Mental Health.
I completed my Life Coaching certification in 2022.
Now we've got the credentials out of the way, what have I actually done that warrants your trust in me and my programme?
Well, I've worked in the NHS for the best part of a decade.
I started out as a Nursing Assistant and after 18 months I'd garnered enough clinical experience to interview successfully for the role of Assistant Clinical Psychologist.
I have amassed 1000's of hours of client experience under clinical supervision, which led to the creation of my own clinic within the team.
I've delivered teaching workshops at the University of Nottingham for doctoral students.
I have also delivered a range of talks to a Neurology and Neuropsychology CPD cohort.
My life has been dedicated to helping people and this is an opportunity for me to do what I love best and share it with as many people as possible.
More often than not you'll find me rocking a rather cool hoody - if you think that's "unprofessional", then maybe we're not a good fit to work together.
Not everyone vibes with me and that is completely OK!
If you like that I don't try to be someone I'm not or can merely look past "hoody-gate" then you'll see that I make it simple and clear for you to get to the root of your anxiety, give you techniques you can implement in seconds and boost your confidence to recognise your self worth – because you are also fantabulous and unique and not only does the world need to see it, you need to see that too!
Ambitious People: Success is driven by a strong sense of ambition. You have clear goals and are highly motivated to achieve them, whether it's in your career, personal life, or overcoming your general anxiety challenges.
Open-Minded People: You are open-minded and receptive to new ideas and strategies. You are willing to explore different approaches and perspectives to find what works best for you in managing your anxiety.
Resilient and Adaptable People: Resilience is a crucial trait, you will bounce back from setbacks and continue your progress. You are adaptable to change and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.
Those Lacking Commitment: People who are not genuinely committed to addressing their anxiety and putting in the effort required for change may not benefit from my coaching. I prefer to work with individuals who are dedicated to the process.
Those who are Impatient: People who expect instant or overnight results and become frustrated when progress doesn't happen quickly may not be the best fit. Real change often takes time, and coaching is a gradual non linear journey.
Those Who Are Passive or Unwilling to Take Action: People who prefer to stay passive and resist taking action, even when guided, may not benefit from my coaching approach. I appreciate clients who are willing to participate actively in their personal growth.
